Handspun Yarns
We hand-spin many of our raw fibers on a Schacht Flatiron spinning wheel. Handspun yarns add character to woven and knit projects that is impossible to get in any other way. We also import a few varieties of handspun yarn from villages of weavers in India and Guatemala. .
Weaving & Knitting Yarns
Shepherd Textiles is a weaving studio, and we’re always looking for the finest raw materials to use for weaving scarves, shawls, blankets, and tartans. We import a variety of weaving-weight yarns made from rare and luxurious fibers, many of which are available nowhere else.
